Annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes
Dates for 2010
PLEASE NOTE DATES DIFFER TO THOSE OF PREVIOUS YEARS:
The Air Section of the Pilgrimages leaves the north east from a regional airport, on Friday 30th July and returns on Thursday 5th August.
(Please note: Newcastle Airport is not guaranteed)
The Youth Section will depart Washington on Thursday 29th July; leaving Lourdes on Thursday 5th August and returning to the diocese on Friday 6th August.
The Pilgrimage hopes to operate the “Jumbulance” to Lourdes in 2010 but needs to know if there are enough people to travel on it.
We can accommodate ten sick pilgrims and 14 nurses/carers.
Those interested should contact Fr Peter Stott as soon as possible, preferably before the end of January 2010.
In 2010 our sick pilgrims who ask for Nursing Care and who register as sick pilgrims will be staying in the Accueil Marie St Frai.
