Jousters and jesters come to Ushaw College
Ushaw College celebrated its 200th anniversary with a medieval weekend featuring jousting, jesters and falconry.
The Medieval Festival featured a jousting tournament by the Knights of Merry England, a falconry display, medieval music and Hog Roast.

Ushaw College is the seminary in the North of England for the training of Catholic priests. It also is an Institute for Mission providing formation and education for seminarians, clergy, religious and lay people.
